Terms of Service

Last updated: 12 October 2026

These terms are an agreement between Sellora ("we") and the business that signs up for Sellora ("you"). By creating an account, connecting a WhatsApp number or using the service, you agree to them. If you accept on behalf of a business, you confirm you have the authority to do so. Please read our Privacy Policy too.

1. The service

Sellora is an AI sales assistant for WhatsApp. It answers your customers, shows your products, takes orders, and gives you tools to manage products, stock, orders, customers, broadcasts and an optional online store. Which features and limits you get depends on your package.

2. Your account

3. Connecting WhatsApp

Messages are sent through the WhatsApp Business Platform run by Meta. To use it you must connect a number you are entitled to use, through Meta's sign-up window, and you must follow the WhatsApp Business Terms, the WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy and Meta's other rules. Meta controls its platform. It may limit, restrict or block a number or account, change prices and rules, or stop a feature. We are not responsible for Meta's decisions, but we will help you where we can.

4. Packages, credits and payment

5. Your content and customers

You own your products, images, customer information and other content. You give us permission to store, process and send it as needed to run the service for you, including passing message content to the AI providers and WhatsApp as described in our Privacy Policy. You promise that you have the right to use that content and to message your customers, and that you have any consent the law or WhatsApp requires, especially before sending marketing messages.

6. Acceptable use

You must not use Sellora to:

We may remove content, pause broadcasts or suspend an account that breaks these rules or puts others at risk.

7. How the AI assistant works

The assistant uses artificial intelligence and can make mistakes, such as a wrong price, stock level or description. You are responsible for checking what it says matches your business, for keeping your products and prices accurate, and for orders you accept. You can pause the bot or take over a conversation at any time. Do not rely on it for legal, medical or financial advice.

8. Availability and changes

We work to keep Sellora running but cannot promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. It depends on services we do not control, such as Meta, AI providers and the internet. We may improve, change or remove features, and will try to give notice of changes that significantly affect you.

9. Ending your use

You can stop using Sellora and ask us to close your account at any time. We may suspend or end your account for non-payment, breaking these terms, or if the law or Meta requires it. After closing, we handle your data as described in the Privacy Policy. Sections that by their nature should continue (such as payment, liability and governing law) will continue.

10. Our responsibility

The service is provided "as is". To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, lost sales or lost data, or for losses caused by Meta, AI providers, your content, or your own use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before it arose. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will change the date above and tell you about important changes in the dashboard or by email. If you keep using Sellora after the change takes effect, you accept the new terms.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka, and the courts of Sri Lanka have jurisdiction over any dispute, unless the law says otherwise.
